MTB riding in Kuala Lampur

Hi -
1. I want to know where is the best area to stay to get to the MTB routes/rides
2. I want to know if I can buy a bike bag or bike box in Kuala Lampur as they are VERY expensive in South Africa
3. Are there like forest routes to ride?
4. Are there really hectic technical routes. I am not a novice but not advanced on singel track.

I will be traveling to KL in the next 2 weeks. (10 Sep 2010)
