I was impressed. It seemed the hotel wants to impress you with typical Chinese Middle Kingdom style. And they succeed. But after the lobby the rooms are no less impressive.

Getting there and away

The hotel can be reached from the new highway (Guangzhou and airport), junction Gaotian. After the junction, follow the road to Yangshuo for about 1.3 km and just after Moonhill, turn right, after around 300 meter you will reach the Yangshuo Hidden Dragon Villa.

For cyclist the route is nicer. Follow the road to Moonhill, cross the Gongnong (where you see the rafts) and go directy left. (It's still before Moonhill). Cycle another 200 meters and you have found it.

Facilities

Facilities of the hotel include a rooftop with spectacular views over the mountains and the Yulong river. The restaurant serves both Chinese and western food, snacks, beer, wines and soft drinks. But of course you can also eat and drink in Yangshuo town.
