If you use Hotmail or Yahoo, make sure my reply will not end up on the ignore list or in the folder unwanted messages. I do my best to reply ALL your questions within 24 hours but it does happen answers get bounced back due to full mailboxes, ignore list etc.

Don't be shy, it is better to ask and get an answer then not to ask and get stuck later when you can't solve the problem! The only stupid question is the one you don't ask!
