Cycle Yangon to Bagan (8D/7N)

The first of the Burma Bicycle Tours explores the road from Yangon to Bagan following an exciting trail. The journey goes from Yangon to Pray, Magway and Mount Popa to Bagan.

The journey goes through a flat and very scenic landscape with little villages and hundreds of Buddhist temples all over the country. This is a part of Myanmar most tourists never even see!

You will climb Mount Popa, yes by bicycle to enjoy the extinct volcano. Not far from Mt Popa is the Bagan area with hundreds more temples. The Bagan area is together with Borobudur and Angkor Wat the most impressive building complex in south east Asia.

Mandalay To Bagan Cycling (9D/8N)

Myanmar remains one of the least visited countries in Southeast Asia. The Burma Bicycle Tours offers you to explore it to the fullest and it is best explored on bicycle.

The Mandalay to Bagan Cycling Tour starts in Yangon where you will explore some of the capitals famous sites as the Shwedagon pagoda.

From Yangon, you will fly to the former royal capital of Mandalay and start your cycling journey to Bagan. Along the way, you'll get a glimpse at the real face of Burma.

Bagan Temples

You will visit the villages of Myitche and Monya, filled with glittering temples in whose shadows the farmers gather to sell their produce.

Continue your journey down the mighty Irrawaddy river to the plains of Bagan. See what life is like for the city's inhabitants as you join in the haggling at the Nyaung Oo Market and visit lacquer ware workshop. Then head out of the city, to bike through verdant plains among dozens of gracious stupas and pagodas.

Charity Challenge - Biking in The Mon State (11D/10N)

Superior biking tour in Myanmar. This tour brings you to some very untouched areas in Myanmar. It all starts in Yangon from where you cycle to Bago and south to Mawlamyaing. It's an area few travelers visit, a typical example of "unknown makes unwanted".

It's a tour were you will cycle about 8 hours a day, so be prepared for it.

Ngapali Beach Break (4D/3N)

Travel all the way deep into the west of Myanmar and enjoy a beach break at Ngapali beach. It's one of Myanmar's best-known beaches but it is also one of Asia's least visited.

Bike & Trek The Shan Hills (7D/6N)

East Burma is the mountainous part of Myanmar. With the Bike & Trek the Shan Hills you will explore this beautiful part of Myanmar. You will start your journey in Heho, from where you'll cycle to Kalaw, a former British Hill Station.

Inle Lake Mynamar

Continue onward on foot as you take a four-day trek to the small town of Pindaya. Along the way you will visit villages home to Danu, Palaung, Shan, and Pa-O people who are all have been living on this land for generations. These people have preserved their culture through the centuries. You will be not only be amazed by their culture but also by their friendliness and warm welcome.

From Pindaya, take a short drive to Nyaung Shwe, one of a handful of towns along the banks of the immense Inle Lake. The lake is home to many Intha families, who live entirely on stilted villages, their crops grown on cleverly suspended floating gardens.

Bagan Community Tour - Full Day

This is an opportunity to make the difference. After breakfast, transfer to Ngat Pyit Taung Monastery and explore the temple's caves to observe about local tradition and spiritual beliefs of the Burmese. You will visit the Monastic Primary School where you can meet local children who are studying here.

After lunch you will explore the town of Nyaung U and neighboring villages where you will learn about their traditional livelihood. Learn the interesting process of creating "Poneyay" (pea powder paste) and see how local plum jam is made and packed.

A visit to several workshops of two of the region's best known products: handmade lacquer ware and wooden handicrafts is part of the program. In addition, you will visit the villages and observe about how Cartwrights make a traditional bullock carts, still used by farmers and locals throughout the country. A great afternoon for hands-on activities, as the craftsmen loves to share their techniques with visitors.

Full Day Yangon City Tour

Visit all the major sights in Yangon on bicycle. Your guide will pick you up at the hotel and bring you from Chinatown to Shwedagon pagoda, bustling markets and tea shops where you enjoy your bike trip with the local Yangon people. This is the way to explore Yangon!

Cycle Yangon: Half Day Biking

After breakfast you will start your half day bikeride in Yangon which will take about 25 km. You will cycle all across town through quiet streets passing small villages and teashops where you will get your refreshments, much needed in the heat of the day. There's plenty of time to make photos too. Around lunch time a car will transport you back to your hotel.
